Easy mini cake

Ingredients:

-4 cold eggs

– 200g caster sugar

-200g flour

-200g butter in pieces

-1/2 tsp vanilla

-1  packet of baking powder ( 2 teaspoons of baking powder)

-lemon peel

Preparation:

-Beat the eggs + sugar + vanilla until frothy

-Add butter and zest and mix

-Add the flour and baking powder and finish mixing

-Bake at 180° for 8-10 minutes (to form a lump), then reduce to 150°.
