Homemade Bounty chocolate


1 cup desiccated coconut

125 ml condensed milk

150 g milk chocolate chips (or pieces)

25 g powdered sugar


In a bowl, pour the condensed milk over the coconut. Stir, then add the caster sugar.

Use your hands to form small sticks.

Transfer to a plate lined with baking paper and place in the fridge.

In the microwave, melt the chocolate, then leave to cool.

Dip your coconut bars in the melted chocolate and place back in the fridge.
