Ultra soft cookies with chocolate chips

120 g butter (soft)
220 g flour
1 egg
180 g brown sugar
1/2 CC bicarbonate
1/2 CC baking powder
1/2 CC salt
1 CC vanilla powder
200g chocolate chips
50g of pecans

Preheat oven to 140°C
Mix the butter and sugar with a fork, then add the egg and vanilla.
Gradually add the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate and salt.
When the mixture is smooth, add the chocolate chips and pecans.
Shape the dough into balls (the size of a large walnut) with your hands and place them, spaced out, on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Bake at 140°C for 20 to 25 minutes.
When they come out of the oven, the cookies are not completely cooked, you must wait until they cool before handling them. They will harden as they cool.
